Enterprise to introduce touch-screen self-service kiosks at 50 U.S. airports

Customers of Alamo, Enterprise, and Rent-A-Car will be able to bypass the desk, but as yet another airport service becomes more automated, sales associates can’t be excited about the prospect of losing their jobs to a computer.

Enterprise's parent company, Clayton-based Enterprise Holdings, is adding new touch-screen kiosks at 50 U.S. airports to cut down on check-in times. Enterprise installed its first new kiosk in Orlando in late June and plans to add new kiosks at Lambert International St. Louis Airport later this month, a spokeswoman said.
