United Airlines blocks access to TripIt and joins ranks of mileage-tracking holdouts

You can expect a slew of mileage-tracking sites to announce the exit of United MileagePlus from their programs over the next days and weeks.

TripIt informed subscribers to its TripItPro mileage-tracking service that they would no longer be able to keep a tallies of their United MileagePlus frequent flyer accounts starting December 11.
