Guest Review Scores To Become Part of Official Abu Dhabi Hotel Star Ratings

Adding guest reviews of hotels to its official star-rating system is a great move by Abu Dhabi Tourism as it will boost the credibility of its classification system, and keep hoteliers on their toes. And, for TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Expedia and Hotels.com, it is confirmation of their global stature.

From all accounts, the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority has a relatively tough hotel classification system, giving properties an official star rating based on amenities, features and services across a broad range of categories.
