Users Give Small Luxury Hotel Brands Better Reviews Than Big Competitors

Among the sites with the most reviews of luxury brands, it is interesting that online travel agencies, such as Booking.com, Expedia.com and Hotels.com, which only accept reviews from verified guests, are among the leaders and are definitely making their presence felt.

As a group, smaller luxury hotel brands get slightly better online guest reviews than the big luxury brands, according to a new study. Reputation management firm ReviewPro found that the top 25 small luxury brands it considered achieved marks that were on average 2.9% higher in its Global Review Index than did the top 25 large brands.
