Booking Holdings is on a pre-Christmas buying spree after announcing two pending acquisitions, ETraveli Group and Getaroom, within two weeks. Both are mostly back-of-the-house acquisitions that will bolster Booking's flight and hotels business.
Leaning into a growth area, flights, Booking Holdings announced it plans to acquire one of its flights partners, Etraveli Group, for around $1.83 billion (euro 1.63 billion).
