MakeMyTrip definitely faces some near-term challenges, but it doesn't consider a recently announced regulatory probe in India to be one of them.

MakeMyTrip isn't setting any money aside in the event that a regulatory probe involving its relationship with hotel chain Oyo should go against the India online travel agency. Asked during an earnings call Monday whether MakeMyTrip feels the need to establish a contingent liability related to the Competition Commission of India investigation, which is expected to take up to two years, MakeMyTrip founder and CEO Deep Kalra said, "No, we don't."
