Encora Digital is a global leader in digital engineering services, renowned for delivering innovative solutions across various industries, including Travel, Hospitality, and Logistics. The Role

To support the rapid growth of its Travel & Hospitality practice, Encora sought to appoint two Vice Presidents of Sales based in the United States. These strategic roles, reporting directly to the Managing Director of the division, were envisioned to spearhead business development efforts, targeting enterprise-level travel businesses. The ideal candidates would possess a robust track record of selling technology services into the travel sector, demonstrating the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and foster long-term client relationships.​

The Search Process
