U.S. Will Consider Allowing Phone Calls During Flights

The U.S. Federal Communications Commission today announced it would introduce a proposal to allow passengers to make voice calls during flights, reports the Wall Street Journal. The proposal would lift the FCC's 1991 ban on in-flight calls and data usage after a plane reaches 10,000 feet. FCC Chairman
