Parts Unknown does more than raise the standard for travel programming, it gives viewers a taste of the cinematic and content quality that they are missing on most programs across all categories today.

After winning its first two Emmy Awards last year, Anthony Bourdain's CNN series Parts Unknown is up for another seven Emmys in 2014. Last year the program won two Emmys for best information series and outstanding cinematography for nonfiction programming for season one’s  trip to Myanmar. This year the program made it into two more nomination
