While we'd love to have time with the president, choosing between him and a freshly cooked meal in Vietnam would be tough. Lucky for Bourdain he didn't have to choose.

Travel television personality Anthony Bourdain kicked off his fifteenth year on television with two enviable gets: a good meal in Vietnam and a sit-down with United States President Barack Obama. And while his meal with President Obama is certainly a highlight, it's only one part of a show that takes Bourdain from the scooter-filled streets of Hanoi to Halong Bay and then back again. "There is no other way to see this city, Hanoi, than from a motorbike or a scooter. To do otherwise would be to miss it all," says Bourdain (wearing a helmet) in the episod
