Following Expedia Group’s layoffs announced Monday, the company filed a WARN notice Wednesday detailing plans to permanently lay off 162 employees in Washington state in April.
An Expedia spokesperson told Skift the notice is inclusive of this week’s restructuring round and not separate. The layoffs are centered on the company’s Seattle headquarters, with a small number of Washington-based remote employees included.
