Airbnb Chief Business Officer Discussed How Flights Could Fit Into Expansion Strategy

The question isn't whether Airbnb will eventually add flights or not. The issue is in what manner will Airbnb do it.
Chief Business Officer Dave Stephenson said Airbnb could potentially add flights as part of its strategy to expand into different parts of the trip.
He said during a Skift interview Tuesday that Airbnb has nothing to announce about flights, "but know that we're absolutely thinking about how do we just make the journey better."
Stephenson discussed how Airbnb was "working on flights" before Covid, and that today the company is adding more "activities, actions and things" to its Trips tab.
He said Airbnb's goal is to provide guests with a better and more well-rounded travel experience.
