Sun Country CEO Aims to Diversify C-Suite in Rebuilding Period

The executive ranks of airlines are famously male-dominated, and it’s possible that instead of the largest carriers leading the way on diversity and inclusion, a smaller carrier may be more open to finding solutions. “The first thing is to talk about it,” said Jude Bricker, CEO of Minneapolis-based Sun Country Airlines, about the well-documented lack of women in executive positions at airlines.
