Tom Roelens has been appointed as the managing director of Atlantis The Royal in Dubai, having previously served as the senior vice president and general manager since 2020. Roelens, who played a key role in the resort's grand opening, has a background with Four Seasons and steps into his new role amid a leadership shift towards global operations. Meanwhile, Timothy Kelly has been named president of Atlantis Global, with plans to expand the brand beyond Dubai, targeting regions such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America.
