Duve Raises $60 Million to Expand AI Guest Management Platform for Hotels

Hotel tech investors are treating AI guest management as core infrastructure, not a side project. Duve’s new funding gives it room to test that thesis with big brands and new markets.
Duve raised a $60 million Series B to expand its AI-powered guest management platform for hotels worldwide, the company announced Tuesday, bringing total funding to $85 million. Susquehanna Growth Equity led the round, with participation from existing investor XT Venture Capital and others.
The company said the new capital will support global expansion and build out its AI-powered personalization platform. Duve already works with hotel groups such as Accor, Leonardo Hotels, and OYO.
