Getting approval for the UAE's first casino was tough enough. Now Wynn needs the right staff.
Wynn Al Marjan Island, the UAE's first casino resort, is on track to open in 2027 as it ramps up hiring and unveils staff accommodation plans in Ras Al Khaimah.
The resort is recruiting for roles ranging from government relations manager and executive chef to specialized positions, including head of wigs, hair and make-up, and executive housekeeper, according to LinkedIn job postings.
The resort will recruit approximately 8,500 employees, including more than 3,500 dedicated to food and beverage, according to Max Tappeiner, President of Wynn Al Marjan Island.
