Amadeus Nevio is anchoring Lufthansa Group’s retail overhaul, putting the travel tech company deeper into airline commerce — a higher-value role as order-based retail shifts from theory to execution.

Lufthansa Group is reshaping how it sells flights and manages passengers, with Amadeus Nevio set to play a central role.

The company said it plans to adopt Amadeus Nevio, a platform designed to support personalized offers, a single order record, and new ways of servicing travelers across their journey. Nine airlines in its portfolio are expected to participate, including Lufthansa, Swiss, Austrian Airlines, and Brussels Airlines.

The move places Amadeus at the center of Lufthansa Group’s effort to shift away from the industry’s legacy fixed model for fares, tickets, and passenger name records toward a flexible retail system for dynamic offers and orders.
